Our objective was to take the thrilling Narcos story beyond the Netflix platform. We would generate interest through earned media with innovative, social tactics that appeal to the diverse populace of existing and new Narcos fans worldwide. Specifically, the campaign would; generate excitement and discussion, KPI: social engagement; raise awareness of Season 2, KPI: reach; and grow followers of Narcos social platforms, KPI: follower increase. And of course, the core of every campaign objective: sales. Narcos Season 2 should help Netflix reach their goal of adding 2.3 million subscribers globally in Q3 of 2016.
